Account & profile: name, email, phone, city/region, password, role (Customer or Pro), services offered, photos, work history, licensing/credentials, availability, descriptions.
Job/project details: service category, scope, location area, timing, notes, and optional photos/videos.
Communications: messages, ratings, reviews, support requests, survey responses.
Verification data (Pros): business name, EIN/Tax ID (if submitted), insurance/licensing details, links to professional profiles.
Identity/eligibility checks (optional): if used, we receive only status (e.g., pass/fail), not the full report.

B. Information Collected Automatically

Usage & device data: IP address, browser type, device/OS, pages viewed, timestamps, clickstream, approximate location (via IP).
Cookies and similar technologies: used for login sessions, preferences, functionality, and performance measurement.

C. Information From Third Parties

Pros/Customers: project discussions, disputes, or safety concerns.
Service providers: analytics, identity verification, fraud prevention, hosting, customer support.
Public/enterprise sources: publicly available business licensing information.

Note: Payment information is processed by a third-party provider. We do not receive full payment card details.

3) How We Use Information

Operate and manage the marketplace and Services.
